David Howard embodies integrity, energy, and hard work. His creative spirit plays a part of every single Real Estate transaction he takes part in. David's first job was working for his Grandmother who instilled in him his entrepreneurial drive. He started his first business at the age of 14 and has been a successful business owner ever since. His Real Estate education began back in college when a friend suggested a Real Estate elective course. That course ultimately led him to a career in Real Estate. David has been working on multiple levels to bring buyers and sellers together since 1984. That's well over 30 years of sales experience!
David is a full-time Realtor and a Residential Developer who dedicates more than 60 hours a week to his clients in their efforts to buy, sell, and build vacation and second homes along the Gulf Coast. You will frequently find him in the field with clients or contractors by day, and behind the desk reading contracts, construction proposals, or house plans by night. His knowledge of the market and the industry is exceptional. He's a fearless negotiator with a reputation that is built on honesty and high standards. That passion for his work has earned him great respect from his peers.
David enjoys spending time with his friends and family, which includes both of his two dogs, Lucy and Gracie. He is an athlete by nature. In the winter, you can find him hunting in the field, whispering to a dog while working to flush a bird, or on the powdery ski slopes blazing a trail. In the summer, you can find him somewhere up and down the beautiful, white sand beaches of Panama City Beach, Florida. He spent many years as a competitive marksman at an International level where he developed his high level of discipline, commitment, and dedication. That level of competition still drives his success today.
David has been inspired and trained in both life and career by some of the best in the industry. His relationship with both local and national vendors are leveraged to benefit his clients every day. He uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. His attention to detail and ability to listen brings much success to every transaction which he is involved.
