Can you afford to lose $15,000, $20,000, $25,000 or even more when selling your home? This has become a common occurrence among homeowners who travel down the misguided path of advice they trust from online sites like Zillow who provide bad information.  Their Zestimate is consistently off by a median of 4.7 percent compared to the actual sale price, according to the company.  That’s a significant difference in the valued of a typical house.  Real Estate Brokers have long complained that the numbers give seller, in particular a distorted view of their homes true worth.

Humans will always be better than machines. The computer algorithms used by online sites can’t assess the condition of your home, estimate the cost of repairs or distinguish between qualified or nonqualified transactions used for comparison.  Unfortunately, misguided sellers who travel down the Real Estate path without guidance from an experienced Realtor consistently lose, and they lose big!

Don’t make this same mistake.  Call a fulltime Realtor and let them save you time, anguish and most of all money.
